1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between users of the ubazz platform ("Platform") and the ubazz service provider ("Company"). By accessing ubazz's website, mobile version, or any digital channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

Key Definitions

• "User" or "Member" — any registered adult on the ubazz platform.
• "Account" — a user's personal registered profile that provides access to ubazz services.
• "Service" — ubazz's online casino, sports betting, and all related digital services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — the act of participating in a service using the user's own funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional money granted by ubazz that is usable subject to specific conditions.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use ubazz's services:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not legally prohibited.
• Only one account may be opened per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The account holder must use the service personally; placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Registration

During registration, users must provide a valid email address and use a strong password. The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.

3.2 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your ubazz account credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

ubazz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false information
• Creating multiple accounts
• Engaging in fraudulent activity
• Bonus abuse or collaborative betting
• Violating these Terms in any way

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ubazz is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major local banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Only use payment methods registered in your own name; deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For successfully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ubazz complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. If suspicious transactions are detected, the account will be placed under immediate review and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ubazz offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 adds a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount must be placed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in total bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Deposits are non-refundable once a bonus has been claimed.
• ubazz reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be removed from the relevant account.

6 Betting Rules & Sports Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered valid until it has been confirmed by ubazz. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, disconnection, or any other reason, that bet will be voided and the staked amount will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various markets in the sports betting section. ubazz holds the right to make the final decision on any event, market, or outcome. In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any event, ubazz's decision will be final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. Game providers' own rules apply and can be found in detail within each game.

6.4 Disclaimer

The risk of financial loss is always present in gambling. ubazz will not provide compensation for any losses incurred in gameplay. Users place bets knowingly bearing that risk.

7 VIP Program & Rewards

ubazz's loyalty program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Tier changes are based on a member's activity and participation. ubazz reserves the right to change VIP benefits, tier criteria, or cashback rates.

8 Responsible Gaming & Protection Measures

ubazz is committed to responsible gambling. Members can apply the following protection measures to their accounts:

• Setting deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Setting bet amount limits
• Voluntarily taking a temporary account break (cooling-off period)
• Permanent self-exclusion

9 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ubazz platform:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits
• Placing bets in collusion with other users (collaborative betting)
• Transacting with stolen or illegally obtained funds
• Attempting to hack the ubazz system or carry out any other cyberattack
• Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's information

If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken where necessary.

10 Data Protection & Privacy

Data collected while a member uses the service — such as betting history, transaction details, and device information — may be used to improve platform quality, ensure security, and maintain regulatory compliance.

11 Technical Issues & Limitation of Liability

ubazz strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. ubazz will not bear any liability for compensation in such circumstances.

ubazz reserves the right to review and void any winnings obtained through a game or system error (glitch or bug).

12 Changes to Terms

ubazz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

14 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is declared unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing the relationship between the user and ubazz, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
